[TRNSYS-users] Record external temperature at each time step

I'd like to know how to make this: if external temperature is under 15°C during 8 hours, I start the boiler.

So is it possible to record external temperature at each time step and count if I have 8 times the external temperature under 15°C ?

How can I make that ?
