<can you explain me how I can put the outside temperature equalizes to 0,
to be able to calculate the energy need of my dwelling?

Don't connect the ambient temperature input to the building model and set
the initial value of the input to zero (it will then be used for the
entire simulation).  Or you could also use an equation and set Tambient=0
and then connect Tambient to the ambient temperature input.
