[TRNSYS-users] ground reflectance: warning

Hello,

I came across a problem with type 15, which I thought was worth it to 
'warn' the rest of you for. When data on the snowfall is missing in the 
weather file (as is the case for the meteonorm file of Uccle, Belgium), 
type 15 wrongly interprets this as a snow cover during the whole year. 
Off course, this leads to an overestimation of the ground reflected 
radiation. So, beware!
