[TRNSYS-users] Heat exchanger arrengement

Dias,
  For some reason, the attachment did not come through. However, if you 
have access to the TESS HVAC Library, you will find a heat exchanger 
that has a bypass valve built into it so that it maintains a maximum (or 
a minimum) setpoint on the outlet temperature.
