[TRNSYS-users] Simulate a 4-storey building with identical zones

Jerome,
  I would definitely recommend simplifying the model. If multiple rooms 
are served by the same HVAC system (a variable air volume system for 
example) then I would put all of the rooms that are served by a single 
air handler and that are on a given floor together into one thermal 
zone. If all the rooms are on their own system (a packaged terminal air 
conditioner for example) then you only have to model the rooms that have 
a distinct configuration (ie one on each corner of the ground floor, one 
along each length wall of the ground floor, one on each corner of a 
typical middle floor, one in the middle of each wall on a middle floor, 
one on each corner of the top floor, one along each wall of the top 
floor and then all of the special zones (breakfast room, corridor, 
laundry facility, etc.)
