[TRNSYS-users] Component Type 62 Excel Reader/Writer

Hi everyone,

 

I have got an issue when I want to run a model including the component Type
62 'Excel'. TRNSYS can't open the specified .xls file.

Even when I want to run an already existing project included in TRNSYS
(location folder: TRNSYS\Example\Calling Excel) such as Excel Schedule, I
get the following error message :

 

Error 0.000 4     62    Message               : The Excel workbook could not
be open. Please check the filename:"C:\Program
Files\Trnsys16_1\Examples\Calling Excel\Schedule.xls"

 

I checked the file path, tried with both Excel 2007 and 97, and it doesn't
work yet.

 

Would somebody be able to give me any tips for this?
