Type6 will adjust the energy that it provides to the liquid stream to 
exactly match the desired outlet temperature. If you want it to model an 
ON/OFF device in which the heating rate is either the maximum or 0 then 
make the set point temperature a very large value, set the max heating 
rate to the capacity of your device and then use the input control 
signal to turn the device on or off. As long as the set point 
temperature is high enough that it can never be reached by the capacity 
of the device, the model will be the same as a device that is either on 
or off.
