[TRNSYS-users] Thermal mass in type 56

Matt,
I am in the same situation where I am using night time radiation cooling
with the unglazed solar plate collector to cooling the slabs in a high
rise residential building. I have modeled the building in other software
and therefore do not want to use TYPE56 for now. The slabs will not be
coupled to the earth. What component would I use to see simulate the
thermal mass slab with would be connected to TYPE559? (TYPE712?,
TYPE653?, TYPE705/6??)
And what is the main difference between type705a and type 706a? and
input/output files?

I recommend using one of Jeff's (TESS) slab models to simulate the heat
transfer between the low temperature room and the ground - assuming that
the concrete slab is coupled to the earth.
Jeff sent a user some diagrams of temperature beneath a slab of a super
market store that also had a low temperature room. You will notice the
low
temperature room in the top, right corner of the diagram.

simulate the energy consumption of the refrigeration system that is used

At the moment, I'm using Type 56 as the storage room with only one zone
(may
create other zones later). I'm wondering how can I model the concrete
