Eleni,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I think that "undisturbed"
in this case is just referring to the temperature of soil far enough
away from the building that it is not affected by anything other than
the time of year and depth. You can use the Type77 Ground Temperature
model to get the soil temperature. A good guess for the average annual
deep earth soil temperature is the average annual air temperature. The
amplitude is the difference between the maximum average monthly
temperature and the minimum average monthly temperature (you should be
able to figure that out from the data file). The shift is the day on
which the minimum temperature occurs and again should be obtainable from
the weather file.
