Imad,

Make sure the EES directory is the same as what is in Type66's Special
Cards.  Also, the EES Professional version is required.  The TRNSYS
example project, 'Calling EES.tpf', explains the connection fairly well,
and so does the Mathematical Reference 5.12.9 (page 5-428)
