Yujun,
I would suggest that you start out by drawing a plan-view of the shaded facade and of the surrounding obstacles that form the mask. Draw lines extending from the facade center point to the obstacles in even increments of surface azimuth angle. Determine the length of each of those lines between the facade and the obstacle. Next determine the height of the obstacle at the end point of each line. You now have two sides of a series of triangles. Type67 needs to know the angle between the horizontal line that you drew and the hypotenuse of each triangle.
