[TRNSYS-users] thermal storage type4

Dear,

The description of this parameter is "The actual volume of the storage tank (not the nominal value).". The volume is considered as constant in this type of storage. If you opt for a variable volume storage tank, like type 39, the paramter 2 gives the overall, or the maximum volume and the balance between input values 2 and 3 will determine the actual volume of water at a given moment.

Hope this helps...

  Subject: [TRNSYS-users] thermal storage type4

  Dear TRNSYS Users ,

In type 4a thermal storage , the unit of the second parameter in this type which consist of " VOLUME OF THE TANK " is in m3 or other unit as you know , but this parameter is it , forexemple, in m3 per hour or per day or it takes automatically the simulation step that I fixed in control cards( Hour , day , s, month ...) ?
  What should I consider ?
  Any help is appreciated
  Thanks
  ROUHOUZ
