Matt,
I'd suggest using Type9 (the generic data reader) which you'll find in 
the Utility directory in Studio. It would be easiest if you stripped the 
two time-stamp columns out of your *.csv file and saved it as a tab 
delimited text file with only numeric columns. However, you don't have 
to strip out those two columns, you can instead use a Formatted read 
statement in Type9.
