[TRNSYS-users] problem with TESS libraries installation

Eleni,
   We have not run into this problem before. Can you please tell me 
from whom you purchased the Libraries so that I can find out which 
ones you have and then send you a new install file? You may well have 
purchased them from us! I didn't check
