When Studio generates Fortran code, it tries
to automatically launch the Compaq Visual Fortran
compiler. If you do not have that particular
compiler installed, you will get the "failed to
find path" error but the *.for code will still be
created so that you can build a DLL using a different compiler.

Normally, there is no need to open the source
code (*.for) in the TRNSYS Studio (which expects
a *.tpf or *.tmf file extension). The source code
needs to be opened using a Fortran compiler.

David
