Cherry,
   I would use either Type56 or Type19. Type12 is too simplified and 
assumes some things about controls and methods of heat delivery. 
Type88 would be a possibility as well but makes the assumption that 
the building (truck) walls and interior air are at the same 
temperature. Type56 has multizone capabilities and an interface that 
make setting up the model a bit simpler. Type19 uses much the same 
physics as Type56 as far as energy transfer through walls and models 
a single zone but may be a bit hard to set up.
