Dear Samuele,

Try an equation with boolean algebra:

signal=(gt((temp1-temp2),2))*(lt((temp1-temp2),10))

gt(X,Y) means "greater than" and gives You a "1" whenever the value X 
(here "temp1-temp2) is greater than the Y-value (here "2").
lt(X,Y) works analogue, it is "less than"
