Dear  Frank,

define the Parameter of the component you want to vary as a string and 
give it a name (e.g. "a_coll" for the collector area).
Then You can add a "constants" table to the control cards

Constants=1
a_coll=100

When You start TRNedit and choose "new table". TRNedit will allow You to 
define various values for your declared constants, here only "a_coll".
