please i would like to know if the expander or the turbine exist as
component.

There are steam turbines, gas turbines and pressure reducing valves - and
all sorts of steam power components - in the new TESS CHP library.  There
may be some older steam turbine routines in the library section of the SEL
website so you may want to check there.  Let me know if you have any
questions.
