Bengt,
   If you want to see a temperature only during collector operating times, 
I think you can use an equation that sets the temperature to an arbitrary 
value when the collector is not running. For example, let us say that you 
have an equation that sets a variable (PumpON) to a value of 1 if the 
collector pump is ON and to 0 if the collector pump is OFF. You could then 
use that value as a multiplier on your collector outlet temperature

EQUATIONS 1
T_OUT = PumpON*[1,1] + 999*(1-PumpON)

the variable T_OUT will have the value of the collector outlet temperature 
whenever PumpON is 1 and will have a value 999 when PumpON is 0.

If you are interested in some metrics (average temperature, min 
temperature, max temperature, etc.) during specific time periods of the day 
then you can use Type55 (Periodic Integrator) which is a little complicated 
to set up but is designed to look at outputs only during part of the 
simualtion.
