[TRNSYS-users] orientation of windows in internal walls

Dear TRNSYS users,

We are modelling a building with several thermal zones. We have a thermal
zone which does not have any contact with outside. In this case there is a
wall adjacent to another zone, and this wall receives beam radiation through
of the windows of another thermal zone which is external.

Our doubt is that we do not know how to take into account the beam radiation
in the internal wall which is made with windows as well.

We have simulated the building changing the orientation of the windows in
this internal wall to know if radiation is changing as well, but the results
are the same.

The “Q sens” is the same in this internal zone changing the orientation of
their windows so we do not know how to take into account the radiation.

Thank you in advance for any comment
