Hello,

for studying the storage effect in a buried ground slab with water pipes, I
want to use in a TRNSYS 16 deck the type 706 from the TESS Lib.

Now, there a some questions concerning the parameters:

1) nr 17: The number of nodes in the depth direction for which the
perimeter of the slab is insulated. What does it means ?

2) nr 23: The logical unit ASSIGNed to the file which contains the
temperatures of all soil nodes at the beginning of the simulation. The same
with param 22: which format does the file have? Is it organized like the
pipe data file: value x,y,z for all nodes beginning with ? Please give an
example.

How to deal with a multilayer system, for instance a ground slab with a
z-dimension of 4 m, containing 10 layers ?

Thank’s for your help.

Regards,
Arno Dentel
