[TRNSYS-users] error in creating externl dll

Dear Trnsys Users

I'm trying to create a new type (external dll), however, I'm getting the following error:

 Error: Error in opening the Library module file.   [TRNSYSFUNCTIONS]

Does any body knows where might this error come from.
