Bertrand,
   The parameter list for Type55 should be:

Integrate or Sum:               1
Relative Starting Hour: 0
Duration:                       8760
Cycle Repeat Time:              8760
Reset Time                      8760
Absolute Starting Hour: 0
Absolute Stopping Hour: 8760

I think that will get you the annual mean value.
