[TRNSYS-users] type 56

dear  trnsys users,
I've a some problems with the type 56. Using 11 zones with no cooling 
(cooling = OFF for each zone),  some "sensible energy demand" outputs give 
negative values during simulation.
has anybody met this strange phenomenon ?
