[TRNSYS-users] adjacent zones in type 56 with no wall interface

Dear David,

The answer depends on your modelling purpose: do you require (conductive)
heat flow, convective heatflow, buoyancy effects, or radiation to be
exchanged between the zones or not. For most applications, it is sufficient
to model an adjacent wall with 100% window area, no frame, and selecting the
‘no window’ option from the window library.

Kind regards,

Onderwerp: [TRNSYS-users] adjacent zones in type 56 with no wall interface

Dear trnsys-users,

I´m modelling a building with type 56, and I have two different thermal
zones which are adjacent zones but they have no wall between them, they are
communicated by air.

I would like to know how to indicate trnsys that these two zones are
adjacent but they have no surface in common.

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks.
