Franck,
   The ground source heat exchanger (canadian well) can easily be modeled 
using Type557 in the TESS GHP Library. I am not overly familiar with heat 
reclaim chillers. There are both water and air cooled chiller models 
available in the TESS HVAC Library but in some of the literature that I 
saw, it appears that there is a secondary heat exchanger on the chiller 
itself to recover some heat. If you have manufacturer's data for such a 
chiller, it would not be hard to build that data into a performance map 
type of component. If you can offer some more specific information about 
the configuration of the chiller, I would be happy to talk with you about 
it further.
