You can download Window5 from the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab web page:
http://windows.lbl.gov/software/window/window.html

You can also find a tutorial using a previous version, Window 4.1, to 
add new window technologies to TRNSYS:
http://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys/
Select Tutorials, and then click on 'Adding New Window Technologies to 
Prebid and TRNSYS'. 
We will be updating this tutorial in order to use Window 5.
