Thanks to Dave Bradley at TESS, we have posted on the web page a 
tutorial for creating new windows in Window5.x and using them in TRNBuild.
Please go to http://sel.me.wisc.edu  , click on 'Tutorials', and then 
select 'Adding New Window Technologies to TRNBuild and TRNSYS16'.
