[TRNSYS-users] idx file error

Hi,
I made an idx file to give the user a choice of file to open. But once the file is selected and Ok is pressed I get an error as shown in the figure. Could anyone please let me know what could be going wrong.
I am running TRNSYS 16 and the trd file loads and runs fine without the idx file. I have also attached the idx file
