[TRNSYS-users] SOLAT TIME AND LEGAL TIME.

Dear Javier,
   TMY2 data file values are reported in local time. The original data set 
(TMY, as opposed to TMY2) values were reported in solar time but I do not 
believe that Type109 can read that data file format.
