I think that most of your problems might stem from needing to create a file
called Type36.dll, not Type36.exe. The structure of TRNSYS 15 is that the
executable program trnsys.exe calls a Windows Dynamic Link Library called
trnlib.dll. What you need to do is open the file
Trnsys15\Workspace\Cvf66a\trnlib\trnlib.dsw. Next open the file Type36.for
(within the project by clicking on Type36 in the list on the left.) Make
your changes and then click "rebuild all" this will recompile all of the
code at once (there is no need to compile pieces individually) and then
relink everything into a new copy of trnlib.dll.
