[TRNSYS-users] TYPE 53 Question

Dear All,
 
I found that the type 53 data file format is not describe clearly. Can anyone verify the Y value in the data file? 
 
In the Proforma of type 53, it described  "Y  -  ratio of the temperature difference between the condenser water outlet and the evaporator water outlet relative to a specified design temperature difference.
But also under the Proforma section, it shows "Y = (Tc,o - Tc,i) / DTdes" in the Mathematical Description.
 
Which one is correct?
