[TRNSYS-users] What is the TOLERANCE meaning?

Dear All,
 
I would like to know the definition of the "Tolerance Convergence" in Global Infos. Because I loss the TRNSYS manual (Volume I). Is it a percentage no?
When I changed this value from 0.001(define) to 0.4, my data output has a lot of difference.
