I am not sure what you mean by constructed, but if you refer to the 
generated hourly "TRNSYS TMY" files, both of them are available from the 
TRNSYS website:

http://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys
- Select "Weather Data" on the left
- Select the 4th link on the right (Generated Hourly Weather Files)
- Download Asia.exe and execute to unzip the files. Both Lahore and New
   Delhi are included
