This is because the import function can not recognize which variant 
(a,b,c,...) of the
storage tank is used. Propably the 'Write IISiBat commands' flag was 
switched OFF
in IISiBat when you made this deck.

To get the icon and variable names back, you can use the Edit/Replace 
function,
but you should check if the configuration after change is correct 
(parameters, inputs,
outputs ...). And make a backup before you try ...
