Dear Jamyang,
   It sounds as though you could use a Type14 forcing function that has a 
value of 1 from hour 1020 to 1030, then has a value of 0 from 1030 to 1032, 
then has a value of 1 again. You might use the value of the forcing 
function as a control switch on the piece of equipment that turns off for 
those two hours. If there is something in your simulation that makes using 
a control signal difficult, please let me know and I can try and come up 
with a better solution.
