I am not sure I understand your question. If you mean "is there a way to 
receive again the daily digest that was sent on those dates", the answer 
is no, as far as I know. But all the messages are available in the 
online archive at: https://www.cae.wisc.edu/pipermail/trnsys-users/

(another archive is available at 
http://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys/mailinglist/trnsysmailinglist.htm
but that one is updated manually a few times per year. Its advantage is 
that it keeps HTML/rich text formatting and attachments, while the 
"instantaneous" archive only displays plain text)
