That chapter is still in the works and will be available shortly. It will
make up the first half of Manual 07-TRNEdit. To give you a preview,
however, the syntax of the deck is largely unchanged from version 15. The
most substantive change is that you must now include the "VERSION 16" or
"VERSION 15" keyword at the beginning of your input file and you must also
change the SIMULATION card so that the simulation start time is the hour of
the year at which you want your simulation to begin, no longer the time at
the end of the first time step of your simulation. There are a number of
new keywords but they are all optional and have default values. Information
on them and on their syntax is contained in the 07-TRNEdit manual.
