My very basic German tells me that you have a problem with Type 16 
giving unreasonably high radiation levels on tilted surfaces with your 
TRY data file (Now I hope everyone sees the point of having Type numbers 
instead of names!).
The problem might be in the data file or in your deck (connection, start 
time / time step). The fact that you mention "W/m2" may also indicate 
that you just have a unit problem (TRNSYS uses kJ/hm2 and I typically 
prefer to stick with that, even though Type16 will work with any 
consistent set of parameters/inputs). If the problem persists you should 
send your deck and weather file to your distributor.
