[Hap-users] Weather files

Hi

In the HAP the "Weather" files of Venezuela (only three cities) have values
of dry bulb and wet bulb temperatures far away from reality. I have
expected that its developers decide to update them, but, apparently, this
will not happen in the short term and the work is urgent.
I decided, then, to try to act on my own. Several problems have arisen
along the way and I want to know if anyone has any suggestions that can
help me in this process.
a) I would like to be able to "review" the files that come with the HAP.
Any suggestions how can I visualize them, modify them, etc.?
b) I have researched the correct way to "build" a climate file and I
realize that this is a specialized task that requires, among other things,
having historical data that covers long periods of time. I am currently
trying to get this information with the official organisms of Venezuela.
It's not easy to deal with the bureaucracy, but I'm still trying.
Meanwhile, I would settle for another reliable source of information. Can
you recommend another provider of these files?
c) Until version 4.9 of the HAP could add .CSV files without any problem.
With version 5.01 I could not do it. I'm worried that, if I get these files
in a different format, HAP will not accept them. Does anyone have
information about it?
