[Equest-users] Time-Of-Use Rates - capture 30 minute intervals?

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I am trying to model time-of-use rates and have a question around it. Is
there a way to to insert time of uses like 8:30 AM and 9:30 pm, or shall I
have to live with 8AM to 9PM or 9AM to 8PM?
Any guidance will be much appreciated,
