[Equest-users] HVAC system

Greetings,
I am modelling a 4-story office building that contains an atrium, common area (hallways and stairwells) and office spaces. The existing system is a packaged HVAC on the roof with hot water heating and 2-single speed compressors with an evaporative cooled condenser. The design system includes 2 variable driven compressors with air cooled condenser. Choosing packaged multizone with HW heat will not enable me to choose the compressor type as variable. Is there a way to fix this? The system serves the entire building.
