[Equest-users] Modeling Ashraes Baseline building in equest for LEED - 3 questions

Dear equest experts,
I have following issue.
Accorting  ASHRAE 90.1.2010 table G3.1.1A my baseline building is following:

System 8-VAV with PFP Boxes

More specific according table G3.1.1B. The system is
VAV with Parallel rooftop VAV with reheat, Fan control VAV, Cooling type
Chilled Water, Heating type electric resistance.

1) To model this system in equest I have choosen PIU system in equest (see
following screenshot)

2) In the heating table I have completed as following

Do you find these choice correct?
Do you have any suggestions?

3) How shall I treat the humidity control in the baseline building ? Is it
the same with proposed building?
