[Equest-users] Help menus not showing up

Hello,

I've been having an issue where the help menus are not showing.
For example, when I right click on a field and select "Item Help" and click
to view the item description, it just takes me to the following screen:

I've tried to fix this by re-installing eQUEST but that did not work.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
