[Equest-users] Constant Condenser Enterting Water Temperature Setting in eQuset

Hi All:
We are now working on one retrofit project in which eQuest is used to determine the baseline energy consumption and the project location is in Shanghai China.
One question we have is that based on previous misunderstanding of the chiller specification, the customer adjustment the condenser water entering temperature for the chiller both for ice storage system and baseload chillers to fixed to 30 degree C, or 86 degree F. They manually adjust the bypass valve to mix up the condenser water to realize this. My question is that how we could configure to simulate this setting to make sure that we use the accurate model before detailed calibration. Can anyone tell us how to realize this control setting in eQuest?
