[Equest-users] 90.1-2013 Baseline Constructions

Hi Mike,

For your support i will like to share something.
I have found something related to ASHARE 90.1 library files related to
constructions
For this you are required to go to the default construction then have a
right click to have the box which has to be edited to get the layer wise
construction..
The thing that you are required to do is as follows.
We will get the following box:

You are required to go to the library sub-down and have a click on
Construction layer.
Then you will come up with the library layer section which is as follows.
In this for wall and roof or interior wall you are required to select the
proper drop-down from the Category of wall, roof or interior wall.There are
many types of wall and roofs in that but it is limited too but not too less
can be.

Then you will have to make an entry for the layer selection for the
reference ASHRAE wise layer which can be easily seen in the red box marked
in the following snapshot.

The red box highlighted shows the layer wise constriction of the
construction.
These constructions i think are very general based data source taken from
some old ASHRAE.

The hint can be the initial taken as ASH layer.

The various construction layer of the drop down are the various data-source
from the ASHRAE 90.1 or the ASHRAE 90.1 User's Manual.

But i am not readily getting the ASHRAE 90.1 .2013 data somewhere today.
The above mentioned process can be helpful to form the layer wise
constructions for many type of constructions.For example in the above
example the layer wise construction of some ASHRAE layer which is 4 inch
face brick 2 inch insulation then 4 inch common brick has been formed which
is a single construction.
Similarly we can form the layer wise construction for exterior roof and
interior wall.
The required layer formation can be seen at the place where it has
been highlighted as red box.

Hello eQUEST Users,

I'm wondering if anyone has created envelope constructions for the ASHRAE
90.1-2013 baseline that they would be willing to share?  Or does something
like this exist where I can download an input file?
