[Equest-users] Measured, Raw Weather file

It looks like what you've got is a statistical summary file (sometimes
called "Climate Normals"), not the actual raw data from a weather
station. It's basically impossible to take such statistical summaries to
create an hourly weather file , which is what you would need for use in
a simulation program such as eQUEST. An actual raw weather file would
show the time stamp (year, date, time, etc.) and have values for
temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, cloud cover, etc., but
almost never solar radiation.

I have been downloading raw weather data from the US National Climatic
Data Center for thousands of stations around the world (including 30 or
so in Mexico), and processing them into weather files that can be used
in simulation programs. Please take a look at my Web site
(http://weather.whiteboxtechnologies.com ) for more details.
