[Equest-users] Pump kW/gpm

The ASHRAE 90.1 Section that Timothy referred to is meant to be used with the
Energy Cost Budget method. This is not he method that LEED uses. To get your
pump power equal to 19 W/GPM, I would suggest adjusting the static head of the
pump until you get the desired W/GPM from the output file.

Thanks Timothy!
I never read section 11 of ASHRAE 90.1...
Is this method approved for LEED purposes?
Thanks!
Omar

Subject: [Equest-users] Pump kW/gpm
Dear all,
Can someone tell me where I can enter the pump kW/gpm in eQUEST?
I can see 2 input boxes: 1 for kW and 1 for gpm. If I need to enter 22W/gpm for
my baseline chilled water loop pump, how can I do this if I do not have numbers
for the wattage and flow?
Thanks!
Omar
