I got a comments regarding using actual design value for proposed
system. This includes fan volume, hp, pump hp, EER/COP, etc. I have a
ground source heat pump with 100% OA ventilation system. I had all the
ahu hp, pump hp as designed. For the 40+ ceiling mounted heat pump, I
used weighted average kw/cfm for fan and weighted average eer/cop. How
do you handle this? Have you been setting as many cooling/heating plants
as how many models heat pump you have so you can give more detailed EER
information? Have you changed every heat pump CFM to match the design?
I appreciate your input!
Thanks!
